Weight Watchers Weigh In Update Week 37

Holy moly. Really, I have no idea how I pulled this one out! I mean, not that I did especially bad, but I only ran two days, my fitbit is still broken, I wasn’t a stickler about my healthy checks, I had three meals out that I had to estimate and really had no idea how much I ate, and I used all my weekly points. Seems too good to be true when I am so close to goal! But I’ll take it! I even finally got another fun bouncy 5 lb star!

So, I have a couple of really cool things to announce!

1) I registered for my first official 5K race today! You may have heard me mention it before, but registration finally opened. I’ve been fundraising for the MMRF Race for Research for the last five years, but I always just did the 1 mile walk. This will be the first year I am running! (On a side note, if you’re feeling extra supportive of my first official race, you can donate here!)

2) I have two new pages on my blog! There is a Giveaways page that I try to update as I find and enter fitness & food related blogger giveaways. It’s definitely not an extensive list, but I, of course, want to share the love! The other is the Fitness Gear page under Resources, where I am starting to list stores and brands that I have come across since beginning this journey. Again, sharing the love with ya!

3) I am having a third date with a new guy tonight. Yay! Ok, that was more of a personal random fact, but still a fun update!

4) I’m starting a new weekly series! Featured Fit Friends Friday! I know, who knew there were so many f-words you could use? (And yes, there are so many more!) I want to feature bloggers out there at any stage of their journey to being healthy, whether they are just starting out or have always been a fitness fanatic! If you are interested in being featured or would like to suggest someone, please contact me!

And wow. I am in the 120’s!!! I haven’t been there since my 20’s! What an awesome week!

    Congrats!! that is exciting! way to go on the loss! Sometimes actually eating MORE can help kick start and shift the system into losing more weight. So it’s definitely not a bad thing from time to time! And I’m so excited about your 5k!
