Weight Watchers Weigh In Update Week 7

So yesterday, at work, I was venting my heart out, typing up a storm for this here post…. bitching, moaning, complaining, etc, about my measly 0.3 lb weight loss this week. I’m glad I got the chance to vent, but after some other positive moments and some awesome support from my twitter friends, I decided that I wasn’t going to sit here and bitch and moan to you. (It’s your lucky day!)

The thing is, I had an amazing month in December, and it just appears that my body is being a little more stubborn this month! It seems I am in a bit of a plateau. This is where it gets hard, but here I am, sticking with it!  And hey, I haven’t had a gain in 7 weeks! I have tracked my food, activity, and HCG’s every day in January! I have worn my fitbit every day to see just how many steps I am doing and how I am sleeping! And I have worked out more and eaten better in the last 7 weeks then I have in a VERY long time! So there you go. I am doing good, and I am not going to sit here and bitch about it!

On another note, I am sad that I don’t have more time to tweet or get on facebook, or that I didn’t get a chance to do a Meatless Monday post, or a giveaway roundup, and that most of the recipes I have tried lately are just ho-hum and aren’t worth a post! I’m even annoyed that I didn’t even put together a cute picture for this post! But is that the most important thing? Naw. Eventually I will find some time again for that, but the most important thing is that I am sticking to it. I am totally sticking to it!

Oh, and let me not forget, today two people noticed that I’ve lost a lot of weight! Nothing like a little validation for all of your hard work! (You can than me now, Weight Watchers, because they both asked me how I did it and talked about joining!) So kids, that’s it for today. I’m exhausted, so I am hitting the shower to rinse away my treadmill grime and hitting the bed! Until the next time!!! …

    Who care’s if it’s just a little loss, it’s still a loss! Ok, this is coming from the person who freaks out if I don’t lose .5+ lbs a week lately, but I have seriously hit a plateau, too. WW has been my saving grace over the past 13 months…. and 96 pounds ago. Keep rocking!
